Product Introduction


Hastelloy C4 pipe is a high-performance nickel-based alloy pipe with excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature stability, which is widely used in the chemical processing industry. Its main chemical components include nickel (Ni) 60-70%, chromium (Cr) 14-18%, molybdenum (Mo) 14-17%, iron (Fe) 3-7%, etc. These components give it excellent tolerance to a variety of acidic media, chlorides and other corrosive media in oxidizing and reducing environments. The physical properties of Hastelloy C4 pipe include density 8.64 g/cm³, melting point 1325-1370°C, tensile strength 760 MPa, yield strength 345 MPa, and elongation 50%. This alloy pipe can still maintain good mechanical properties and oxidation resistance in high temperature environments, and is suitable for the manufacture of chemical reactors, heat exchangers, distillation towers and other equipment. It has good processing performance and can be formed by conventional welding, cold rolling, hot rolling and other processes, and is suitable for the manufacture of parts with complex structures.
