Bright Surface Incoloy 925 Wire Customized Nickel Alloy ASTM B407 Wire with high-performance
Product Introduction
Incoloy 925 strip has a wide range of applications in the petrochemical industry, mainly due to its excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature strength. The main components of this alloy include nickel (42.0-46.0%), chromium (19.5-22.5%), molybdenum (2.5-3.5%), copper (1.5-3.0%), titanium (1.9-2.4%) and aluminum (0.1-0.5%), and the combination of these components makes it perform well in high temperature and corrosive environments. The physical properties of Incoloy 925 strip include density of 8.08 g/cm³, melting point range between 1311-1366°C, tensile strength of at least 650 MPa, yield strength of at least 295 MPa, and elongation of at least 30%. In the petrochemical industry, Incoloy 925 strip is often used to manufacture pipes, valves, pumps and other equipment, which need to operate stably for a long time in high temperature, high pressure and corrosive working environments. The corrosion resistance of Incoloy 925 enables it to effectively resist the erosion of chlorides, oxidizing acids and other chemicals, ensuring the safety and reliability of equipment. In addition, Incoloy 925 strip has good processing performance and weldability, and can be processed by conventional metal processing processes such as forging, rolling, drawing, etc., which makes it more flexible in manufacturing parts with complex structures.
