Cr20Ni35 Wire is a high resistance electric heating alloy wire containing 20% chromium and 35% nickel, with excellent high temperature stability and oxidation resistance. Its chemical composition also includes a small amount of carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur and other elements. The resistivity of this alloy wire at room temperature is about 1.0-1.1μΩ·m, the melting point is about 1400℃, and the optimal operating temperature range is 800℃-1200℃. It is widely used in high temperature occasions such as electric heating elements and heat treatment equipment. It has good creep resistance and corrosion resistance, and is suitable for industrial environments exposed to high temperatures for a long time.
