Product Introduction
Cr10Ni90 wire is a high resistance electric heating alloy wire composed of about 90% nickel and 10% chromium. It has excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature stability. The maximum operating temperature can reach 1300℃, the melting point is about 1400℃, the density is 8.7g/cm³, and the elongation at break is ≥20%. Its resistivity is relatively low, usually lower than that of Cr20Ni80 alloy. Cr10Ni90 wire has excellent processing performance and is easy to be machined by wire drawing, forming and other mechanical processing, and can be made into resistance wires of different shapes. In addition, the alloy wire also has good flexibility and weldability, and is easy to install and maintain.
