Nickel Alloy High Temperature Nimonic 90 80a 75 105 115 Strip/Sheet/Plate
Product Introduction
Nimonic 90 strip is a high-performance nickel-based high-temperature alloy strip, mainly composed of nickel, chromium, cobalt and other elements, with appropriate amounts of titanium and aluminum added as strengthening elements. This alloy can further improve its strength and toughness through solution treatment and aging treatment. Solution treatment is usually carried out in the temperature range of 1050℃-1150℃, followed by rapid cooling (such as water quenching or oil quenching) to avoid the re-precipitation of precipitated phases. Aging treatment is carried out in the temperature range of 650℃-850℃, and the re-precipitation of precipitated phases and precipitation of grain boundaries are promoted by controlling the time.
Nimonic 90 strip is widely used in aerospace, energy and chemical industries. In the aerospace field, it is used to manufacture key components of jet engines, such as turbine blades, turbine disks, combustion chamber parts, etc.; in the energy field, it is used to manufacture blades and burners for gas turbines; in the chemical field, it is used to manufacture chemical reactors and equipment in high-temperature corrosive environments. In addition, Nimonic 90 strip also has good processing performance and can be processed by traditional cutting and welding processes.
