Product Introduction


High temperature alloy bars are widely used in demanding fields such as aerospace, energy and chemical industry. These alloys have excellent high temperature strength, creep resistance, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, and can maintain their mechanical properties in extremely high temperature and high pressure environments. Nimonic 90 (UNS N07090 / W. Nr. 2.4632) is a precipitation hardenable nickel-chromium-cobalt alloy strengthened by adding titanium and aluminum. It is suitable for manufacturing key components such as turbine blades, turbine disks and combustion chambers of aircraft engines. A-286 is a Fe-25Ni-15Cr based high temperature alloy with high yield strength and good processing plasticity and weldability. Alloys such as Nimonic 80A, Nimonic 90 and Nimonic 75 perform well in different high temperature applications. For example, Nimonic 80A has high tensile and creep rupture properties at 815°C, Nimonic 90 has excellent creep resistance at 920°C, and Nimonic 75 performs well at 700°C. Cobalt Alloy L605 is a cobalt-based alloy with excellent high-temperature strength and oxidation resistance, and is suitable for manufacturing key components in high-temperature environments.
