Product Introduction
0Cr23Al5 Wire is a high resistance electric heating alloy wire, the main chemical composition is carbon content ≤0.06%, silicon content ≤0.60%, manganese content ≤0.50%, phosphorus content ≤0.025%, sulfur content ≤0.025%, chromium content 20.5%~23.5%, nickel content ≤0.60%, aluminum content 4.2%~5.3%, the balance is iron. It has high resistivity 1.35±0.06μΩ·m (wire diameter 0.03~8.00mm) and 1.35±0.07μΩ·m (strip thickness 0.05~3.50mm), density 7.8 g/cm³, melting point about 1450℃, maximum use temperature up to 1300℃.
This alloy wire has excellent oxidation resistance and high temperature strength. Due to the high content of chromium and aluminum, it can form a dense oxide protective film at high temperature, effectively resisting oxidation and corrosion. It also has good processing properties and can be processed by bending, stamping, cutting, welding and other processing techniques. 0Cr23Al5 Wire is widely used in the manufacture of electric heating elements, such as electric heating tubes, electric heating wires, electric heating plates, etc. It is suitable for chemical, petroleum, ceramics, textile and other industrial fields, and is also used in household electric heaters, industrial heating equipment and ambient temperature sensors.
