Product Introduction
0Cr21Al6 Wire is a high resistance electric heating alloy wire, the main chemical composition is carbon content ≤0.06%, silicon content ≤1.00%, manganese content ≤0.70%, phosphorus content ≤0.025%, sulfur content ≤0.025%, chromium content 19.0%~22.0%, nickel content ≤0.60%, aluminum content 5.0%~7.0%, the balance is iron. It has a high resistivity of 1.42±0.07μΩ·m, a density of 7.16 g/cm³, a melting point of about 1500ºC, and a maximum operating temperature of up to 1250℃.
This alloy wire has excellent oxidation resistance and high temperature strength. Due to the presence of aluminum, it can react with oxygen to form a dense oxide film, which plays an antioxidant role. It also has high tensile strength and good heat resistance, and can maintain good mechanical properties under high temperature environment. 0Cr21Al6 Wire is widely used in industrial electric furnaces, household appliances, aerospace, medical and chemical industries to manufacture electric heating elements, resistors, heating elements and explosion-proof equipment.
