Product Introduction
0Cr21Al6Nb Wire is a high resistance electric heating alloy wire, the main chemical composition is carbon content ≤0.05%, silicon content ≤0.60%, manganese content ≤0.50%, phosphorus content ≤0.025%, sulfur content ≤0.025%, chromium content 21.0%~23.0%, nickel content ≤0.60%, aluminum content 5.0%~7.0%, niobium content 0.5%, the balance is iron. It has a high resistivity of 1.45μΩ·m (20℃), a density of 7.1 g/cm³, a melting point of about 1475-1510℃, and a maximum operating temperature of up to 1350℃.
This alloy wire has excellent oxidation resistance. Due to the high content of chromium and aluminum, it can form a dense oxide protective film at high temperature, which effectively resists oxidation and corrosion. The addition of niobium improves the creep resistance of the alloy, making it have better stability and reliability at high temperatures. 0Cr21Al6Nb Wire also has a low temperature coefficient of 0~-0.01%/℃, and can maintain a stable resistance value at different temperatures. It is widely used in electric furnace heating elements, heating devices, thermocouples and electric furnace cables. For example, as a heating element, it is mainly used in heat treatment furnaces with a use temperature below 1100℃, especially suitable for continuous furnaces such as stainless steel annealing furnaces.
