Product Introduction


CuNi6 wire (NC010) is a copper-nickel resistance alloy wire, mainly composed of copper and 6% nickel. It has a low resistivity of about 0.3 µΩ·m, a low temperature coefficient of resistance of about +40 ppm/°C, and can work stably at temperatures up to 220°C. The tensile strength of CuNi6 wire is usually between 400-600 MPa, the yield strength is about 250-350 MPa, and the elongation remains above 10%, showing good mechanical properties and plasticity. In addition, CuNi6 wire also has good processing properties, is easy to draw into wire, and its mechanical properties can be optimized by appropriate annealing treatment. In terms of application, CuNi6 wire is widely used in the electronic and electrical fields, such as the manufacture of resistors, potentiometers, resistor networks, terminals, low-resistance resistors, heating wires and resistance wires.
