Product Introduction


CuNi10 wire (NC015) is a copper-nickel resistance alloy wire, mainly composed of copper and 10% nickel. It has a stable resistivity of about 0.15 μΩ·m, a low temperature coefficient, usually between -100 and +100 ppm/°C, and can work stably at temperatures up to 250°C. The tensile strength of CuNi10 wire is usually around 300 MPa, and the elongation is about 34%, showing good mechanical properties and plasticity. In addition, CuNi10 wire also has good processing properties, is easy to draw into wire, and its mechanical properties can be optimized by appropriate annealing treatment.

In terms of application, CuNi10 wire is widely used in the electronic and electrical fields, such as the manufacture of high-precision resistors, potentiometers, resistor networks, terminals, low-resistance resistors, heating wires and resistance wires. Its excellent corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance make it also widely used in harsh environments such as marine engineering, petrochemicals, and power equipment, such as submarine cables, contact materials in ship electrical systems, and sensors and connectors in chemical equipment.
