Product Introduction


CuNi23 wire is a copper-nickel alloy wire with a nickel content of 23%. Its chemical composition mainly includes copper, nickel, and a small amount of iron, aluminum, manganese and other elements. Its resistivity is between 0.35 and 0.45μΩ·m, 0.30μΩ·m at 20℃, the temperature coefficient of resistance is less than 16×10⁻⁵/K at 20℃~600℃, and the density is 8.9 g/cm³. In terms of mechanical properties, the tensile strength of soft round steel wire is ≥350 MPa, and the elastic modulus is generally between 120160 GPa. It has excellent corrosion resistance, especially in seawater, it shows strong corrosion resistance and anti-biofouling performance, and also has good resistance to a variety of corrosive media. It has good processing performance and can be processed by forging, rolling, stretching, welding, cutting and other processing processes. It is widely used in seawater pipelines and marine structures in the marine industry, heat exchangers and condensers in the chemical industry, condensers and heater components in the power industry, electronic components and resistors in the electronics industry, sensors, resistance cables, and measuring devices in the aerospace and military fields, as well as precision resistors in motors, battery management systems and electrical systems in the automotive industry.
